"Not really worth the price"
I felt like I paid way too much for what I got. It wasnt terrible, but the quality just seemed average to me, so I dont think Id buy it again at that price.

I was able to find most of what I needed in stock, which was nice, honestly. A couple things I wanted weren’t available, so perfect it wasn’t, but overall the selection was good and easy enough to check.
"Subscription was frustrating and not worth the hassle"
I signed up for Abby's Better thinking it was just going to be a simple monthly subscription, which seemed reasonable at the time. I don’t think I was being careless or anything, but the billing info wasn’t clear enough for me to feel confident about what I was actually paying for.
Trying to cancel ended up taking way longer than it should have, and the emails I got back didn’t really help much. Maybe some people don’t mind dealing with that kind of thing, but for me it was frustrating enough that I wouldn’t use it again.

"Ingredients weren’t great, and the handling was careless"
I looked over the ingredients after getting it and wasn’t too happy with what I saw. For the price, I expected something that felt a bit cleaner or higher quality, but it just didn’t. On top of that, the way it was handled seemed careless, which made the whole thing feel even more disappointing. Maybe some people wouldn’t care, but for me it was a letdown and I wouldn’t buy it again

"Flavor was off and nobody seemed to take ownership"
I really didn’t like the flavor at all. It tasted kind of stale and was way too sweet for my taste. What made it more frustrating was that when I brought it up, nobody really seemed to take ownership or care much about fixing it.

"I thought the snacks were okay, like..."
I thought the snacks were okay, like definitely not bad, but they were sweeter than I expected and halfway through I was kind of like, yeah this is a lot. I do like sweet stuff, don’t get me wrong, but after a few bites it felt a little heavy, oh, shipping was totally fine though, no issues there. I might still try a different flavor and see if that works better for me

"Not sure if I just got unlucky"
I was disappointed with my order. The snacks just didn’t taste very fresh to me, almost like they’d been sitting around for a while. Maybe I’m being too picky, but for the price, I really expected them to be a lot better. It could’ve just been a bad batch, I guess, but based on this experience I’m not sure I’d order them again.

Maybe I just caught them on an off day, or maybe I was extra hungry, but the portion felt way too small for the price. I finished eating and still didn’t really feel full, so I’m not sure I’d say it was worth it.

"Order was mostly right, but I’d check it closely"
I ordered a few things from Abby's Better, and the package was mostly right when it showed up. The main items I really needed were included, which I appreciated, but one of the items was a different size than the one I selected.
It wasn’t a terrible experience, but it was still a little frustrating having to follow up about it. I might order again, but I’d definitely keep my confirmation handy and check the package right away before assuming everything is correct

"Good snacks, but the diet info and handling could be better"
I liked that a lot of the snacks have simple ingredients, and a few worked for my gluten-free diet, which is mainly why I decided to try them. The labels were mostly easy to read, and the snacks themselves tasted good.
That said, I really wish the website made the dietary filters clearer. If you have allergies, especially nuts, you have to do a lot of extra checking, and I still didn’t feel totally sure about every item. Also, the way my order was packed felt kind of careless, like the boxes had just been tossed around, so that was annoying. Good snacks overall, but not the easiest experience if you’re shopping for special diets

"I was interested in trying Abby’s Better..."
I was interested in trying Abby’s Better, but the allergen info just didn’t feel clear enough for me. I have a serious peanut and tree nut allergy, and I get really tired of having to explain over and over that “probably fine” is not good enough when it comes to labels.
Maybe it works for people without major allergies, but I didn’t feel comfortable placing an order. If you’re an allergy person, you know there’s no room for guessing, and I wish the information was more straightforward.

"Shipping was fast"
I ordered from abbysbetter.com and was surprised how quick it showed up. The package got here in just a few days and the tracking worked fine too. I’m giving 4 stars since the box was a little beat up when it arrived but everything inside was totally fine...

It got here right when it was supposed to, so no complaints there. The box, though, looked like it had taken a little detour through chaos, kind of crushed on one side. I guess shipping can be rough sometimes, but yeah, that was the first thing I noticed.

I was really hoping there’d be more to choose from, but the flavor selection felt limited to me. A lot of the options sounded kind of similar (at least to my taste), and nothing really jumped out as something I had to try. I’m sure it’s fine if you’re into the few flavors they do offer, but I got bored with it quickly and ended up not ordering again.

Customer service was alright , but not amazing . It took them a little while to get back to me , which was kind of frustrating . They did answer my questions in the end , so I appreciate that , but I hope the response time is better next time .

"Packaging was a mess"
My order showed up with the packaging damaged and just messy, which made the whole thing feel careless. I wasn’t happy with it at all. What made it more frustrating was getting one of those canned apology responses that feels like nobody actually read what happened

"Not as healthy as I thought it would be"
I grabbed a couple jars thinking I had found a smarter snack option. The packaging made it seem like something I could feel good about keeping around, and at first I was kind of excited.
Then I checked the nutrition label and my mood switched fast. The calories felt high for such a small serving, there was still a decent amount of sugar, and the protein and fiber didn't really make up for it. Suddenly it felt less like a healthy snack and more like a dessert spread pretending to be better.
The taste was fine, nothing terrible, but not good enough to justify the price or the nutrition. I wanted to like it, but after reading the label, I just don't see myself buying it again.
